Why Everything Begins Inside of You: the Relationship and the Life You Dream

Have you ever felt like something was missing— not in your appearance, but in your heart? We’ve all been there. This inner voice of self-doubt or the nagging inner critic comes to the surface when we feel disconnected from who we truly are.


What we don’t always realize is how much that dysfunctional relationship — the one we have with ourselves — keeps us away from joy, affecting on everything around us. Your confidence. Your relationships. Your Happiness. Your career. Everything begins inside of you.


However, we often search outside for answers. We think that when we have a new job, a partner, or a house will finally make us feel happy and completed. But here’s the truth: outside of you is the reflection of what’s happening within you. The love, success, and confidence, or whatever you’re seeking flow from how you think, feel, believe, and treat yourself.


When we neglect the inner connection, the mind takes control of us. We overthink our decisions. We settle down for less. We judge and speak to ourselves in ways we’d never speak to anyone. And over the course of time, those thoughts sneakily shapes how we show up in the world — hesitant, insecure, fearful etc. But it can be changed.
