My Story
I'm an empowerment coach, holistic health practitioner, and writer dedicated to helping women reclaim their inner power without hustle.

With dual degrees in Human Services Administration (Specialization: Health and Wellness) and Creative Writing and Literature as well as certifications in Nutrition and Cancer, Happiness Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and as an Usui Reiki Master, I blend a uniquely integrated culinary-mind-food approach to personal transformation.

​I have navigated decades of profound life transitions across cultures, continents, careers, and relationships that demanded resilience. My work is grounded in the battles I once fought within myself: anxiety, perfectionism, inner criticism, and a lack of self-trust. Having learned firsthand the high cost of abandoning my own power, I transformed my struggles into strength through the practices I now call the 6-Core Pillars of Mental Diet. These tools not only reshaped my life but also became the foundation of my coaching and the heart of my upcoming book.
